A first-of-its-kind solar-powered umbrella designed to illuminate Latino street vendors’ carts and create a better sense of safety. These portable units have a detachable solar panel and 19,200 [mAh] battery pack into a custom designed high strength 3D printed housing with design principle dictating that it be both compact and resilient.
The SOLar umbrella's lighting system incorporates a rotary dial, with tactile feedback, for easily adjusting light intensity on the fly.
The Super Slim COB LEDs used can put out a massive 4000 lumens of 4000K – Natural White light. The 19,200 [mAh] lithium ion battery pack allows for a minimum of 6.5 hours of light at full brightness, even when the solar system is not active.
